Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at CoinOpAnimator.com. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Window

You can return your purchased items within 21 days of receiving the order only if there is defect and the item is unused (see Return Conditions below). If you are unsure or have any questions please contact us via email at the bottom of this page.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition
  • Be in the original packaging

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital Download item.
  • Services such as specific 3d Print on Demand, commissions or services such as those negotiated separately.
  • Free / Promotional items including “Free for the month”, Members Free items. Prizes for competitions are not transferable for cash or store points.
  • Memberships. You can cancel /stop recurring payment at any time and you will not be charge again and your membership will stay active until the renewal date has passed.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us via the contact page (Links at the bottom of this page). We will provide you with instructions on where and how to send your return. 

Please note You will be Soley responsible for paying the shipping costs to for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer if different from us (like with apparel Print on Demand) – We will be unable to proceed with your claim if you do. We advise sending the item recorded delivery for your own records.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 21 days.

Please take note that refunds may not be available for Project/ Commission Deposits unless specifically stated in the specific contract.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at via email at the bottom of this page.

Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, store credit or exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
